As l write, Prime Minister Liz has already appointed 11 Secretaries of State. She is currently in 10 Downing Street with her top advisors consulting and naming members of her cabinet. By tomorrow, she would have appointed a significant number of her cabinet. The 3 top jobs (Chancellor of the Exchequer, Foreign Secretary and Home Secretary have been handed out and; the new Secretaries have formally started work tonight. I just love the speed, urgency and determination here; something Africa should and must emulate.
